The ladies of Restore Training in Knoxville, TN came in the gym Saturday and had a great self-defense seminar with Laban Propst. Laban has extensive knowledge in not only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) but also how to apply it in a self defense situation. BJJ has been touted as the most practical and effective martial art for self defense by far compared to other arts such as Karate and Tae Kwon Do since it was introduced to the US.
