Last night I had the privilege to award Savannah Alonso Barth her black belt! Savannah is our women's only instructor and she does an amazing job with our female students. For many years I wanted a true women's only program ran by a strong female instructor. This past weekend some of our Lucas Lepri Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Fitness, Knoxville TN competitor kids competed at the 2025 IBJJF Pan American Championships! This is the toughest and largest martial arts tournament in the world for children. It was one of the toughest weekends we have had as a team at the international level. I watched our kids train harder this summer than any group ever has. I watched them all improve technically, physically, emotionally, more than I had expected! Last Saturday Lucas Lepri Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Knoxville had its first 3 hour competition training class to help get competitors ready for the IBJJF Kids Pan American Championships! We had students from several different states come share the mats with our world class kids competitors.
